How does the 30-night trial work?
Sleep on it for 30 nights. If you're not sleeping better, contact us. We'll arrange a free collection and refund you in full — no questions, no small print.
When will my order arrive?
We deliver across Singapore in 3–5 working days. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships. All deliveries are free.
Can I return if I've used it?
Yes. The trial only works if you actually sleep on it. We accept returns on used pillows — that's the whole point of the guarantee.
Do you ship outside Singapore?
Not yet — we're SG-first right now. Join our mailing list and we'll let you know when we expand to Malaysia and the rest of Southeast Asia.
Is the cover washable?
Yes. The bamboo cover zips off and is machine-washable on a cool gentle cycle. We recommend washing every 2–4 weeks.
