Singapore & International

We want your Snuuddle to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Singapore orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch. International orders take 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Order Processing

All Snuuddle orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order ships.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

We ship to all residential and commercial addresses within Singapore.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch
  • Carrier: Ninjavan or J&T Express (varies by order)
  • Flat shipping fee: S$5.00 per order
  • Free shipping on qualifying orders - threshold displayed at checkout
Someone needs to be home to receive the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card with redelivery or self-collection instructions.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Malaysia and selected Southeast Asian markets. International shipping rates and availability are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Snuuddle is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us - we may be able to arrange shipping on request.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and order weight.

  • Singapore: S$5.00 flat fee (free shipping on qualifying orders)
  • Malaysia: from S$8.00
  • Other Southeast Asia: from S$12.00
All transactions are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. Your payment and personal data are fully secured.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number.

Delivery Issues & Support

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if it has been marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item or packaging
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly

For lost parcels, we will raise a formal investigation with the carrier. Resolution typically takes 7–14 business days. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
