14-day return window

We want you to love your Snuuddle. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please read the full policy below before initiating a return.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

To initiate a return, email info@snuuddle.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns without prior authorisation cannot be processed.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags and inserts intact
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by a copy of your order confirmation or receipt

Items returned due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect dispatch will be fully refunded including original shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Sleep candles that have been burned or opened
  • Pillows and pillow covers that have been used
  • Any item marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event
  • Gift cards and digital vouchers
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return before opening it, contact us first.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to return an item:

  • Email info@snuuddle.com with subject line "Return Request - Order #[your order number]"
  • Include photos of the item and packaging
  • We will respond within 2 business days with return authorisation and instructions
  • Ship the item back using a tracked service - we recommend keeping proof of postage
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defect or incorrect item dispatched

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary - allow up to 14 days from approval
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refunds are not issued for returns that fail to meet eligibility conditions listed in Section 2.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
