Snuuddle is operated from Singapore. All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Snuuddle.

We take great care to describe our products accurately. All product images are representative - slight variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration and lighting conditions.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications without prior notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is charged at the time of order placement
• You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment

In summary: we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

All Snuuddle products come with a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects.

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to individual terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion at any time.
