14-day warranty from delivery

Every Snuuddle ships through a quality check, but if something isn't right, we've got you covered. All products carry a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage

All Snuuddle products are covered by a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and material defects present at the time of purchase.

Warranty coverage begins on the date your order is marked as delivered. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers defects that result from the manufacturing process and are present at the time of delivery, including:

  • Structural defects in the pillow core or cover stitching
  • Material defects - premature breakdown not caused by use
  • Incorrect or missing components (e.g. missing foam insert)
  • Items that arrive damaged due to manufacturing fault (not transit damage)

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Improper care - washing, drying, or storing contrary to care instructions
  • Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications
  • Discolouration or compression from extended use
  • Damage caused by pets, pests, or exposure to moisture
  • Transit damage (covered separately under our delivery policy - contact us within 48 hours of delivery)

Product Care Instructions

To maintain your Snuuddle Arc Pillow and keep your warranty valid, follow these care guidelines:

  • Spot clean only - do not machine wash the pillow core
  • The removable cover may be hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent
  • Air dry completely before reassembling - do not tumble dry
  • Store flat or upright - do not compress or fold for extended periods
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and humid environments when storing
  • Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh chemical cleaners
Improper care that results in product damage will void the warranty.

How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps within the 14-day warranty period:

  • Email info@snuuddle.com with subject line "Warranty Claim - Order #[your order number]"
  • Include a clear description of the defect
  • Attach photos or video showing the defect
  • Attach or include your order confirmation number

We will review your claim within 3 business days. If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Return shipping for approved warranty claims is covered by Snuuddle.
